PROJECT VISION

Fyfe Media will provide professional aerial and ground-level photography for quarterly construction updates across four Mosaic Homes projects in the Lower Mainland.

The imagery will be used to communicate construction progress to purchasers and support organic social media and homeowner email communications.

Concrete high-rise condominium development with two towers

Bevan

SCOPE OF WORK

Each quarterly site visit will be tailored to the current stage of construction, with a combination of aerial and ground-level photography designed to clearly communicate progress while maintaining a polished architectural aesthetic.

Aerial Production

The aerial production fee is $1,575 per site.

This includes professional drone photography and, for Town & Centre and Symposia, an 8–15 second aerial video clip.

Aerial imagery will be captured with a DJI Mavic 4 Pro at 100MP and all drone operations will proceed in accordance with applicable Transport Canada regulations and site-specific requirements.

Ground Architectural Photography

Ground-level exterior photography will be incorporated into each site visit at no additional production fee.

Photography will focus on clean architectural compositions, project context, construction progress, and imagery that complements the aerial coverage.

Final image usage rights are $150 per selected image.

This applies to both aerial and ground-level architectural photographs.

The client will review the completed proofs following each shoot and select the final images for licensed use.

SCHEDULING & DELIVERY

Quarterly shoots will be scheduled in advance and coordinated with the project team to capture meaningful construction milestones.

Where practical, site visits can be coordinated to maximize scheduling efficiency across the four projects.

Final photographs will be professionally colour corrected and retouched before delivery.

Aerial video clips will be professionally colour graded and delivered ready for use across digital communications and social media.

Final imagery will typically be delivered within 5 business days following the client’s image selections.

ONGOING QUARTERLY COVERAGE

The objective of this program is to establish a consistent visual record of construction progress throughout the development of each project.

Where possible, recurring compositions and perspectives can be revisited throughout construction, allowing purchasers and stakeholders to clearly see how each project progresses from quarter to quarter.

Each shoot will also include flexibility to capture new perspectives and construction milestones that become relevant as the projects advance.

NEXT STEPS

Upon approval, Fyfe Media will coordinate with the Mosaic Homes team to establish the quarterly shooting schedule and confirm site access, safety requirements, and any specific priorities for each development.

Prior to each shoot, we can also review the current construction stage and identify any specific imagery or aerial movements that would be most valuable for that quarter’s update.

We look forward to working with Mosaic Homes and providing a consistent, high-quality visual record of these projects throughout construction.

If everything looks good, continue to agreement below and we’ll begin coordinating production.
